Phase I consists of 88 units. They were designed primarily for boats, RV's, etc. However, owner's have modified their units to fit their needs by adding shelving, lofts, etc. (Please see our model unit in the Photo Gallery) All of the units are 15' wide, 16' high, with a 12'x14' overhead door opening and come in depths of 30', 40', 50', and 70'. The 70' units are drive-thru with overhead doors on each end for ease of parking or for multiple large 'toys'.
