Will I have access to my Storage Condo at all times?Each owner will have 24-hour access to their Storage Condo. The Units are gated and require Remote Control Entry. I have an RV. Is there an area to dispose of waste before I store my RV?Toy Box Storage Condominiums have an RV Dump Site on location. In addition, we have a covered wash down area should you wish to wash your RV before storing it. What do I do if I no longer want to own a storage condo?Should you no longer want your storage condo, you simply sell it as you would sell your house. You set the asking price. You could also lease it as an investment. I am in Pharmaceutical Sales and currently rent a storage unit. Can I store my supplies in the Storage Condo?Yes. Your storage Condo can be used for Business and/or Personal Use. Are there any "other" fees besides the cost of the Condo?Each owner pays annual Owner's Association Dues which cover the expenses of insurance, security, lighting, management and reserves, exterior and landscape maintenance, water and trash. If I purchase a Storage Condo, can I turn around and rent it out?Certainly. It is your Condo. As you would with a home, you can rent it out at a price you set yourself.
